We may have been able to teach J-man a few things about malting but he has dropped the knowledge hammer on us over single malt whiskey! Wild Acre didn’t hesitate to be the Guinea pigs with our Bourbon barrel aged pale malt. This beer is definitely the first of its kind and so good we will be aging a lot more of our malt in barrels! 🍻

This week we've tapped a new Imperial Texas Rye, aka MP0079.We partnered with TexMalt to use all Texas grain in this very traditional beer. We really let the rye from Sawyer Farms shine, but we added a little Belgian candy sugar to create a dark caramel and raisin character.This beer comes in at 9.3% and is taproom only. See you soon!
